It is intended to ensure a safe, respectful, and legally compliant environment consistent with online matchmaking platform standards, including those required for distribution on major app marketplaces such as Google Play, and aligned with global safety expectations for dating and matrimonial services.
Important Notice: By using Muklawa, you agree that you will comply with all rules outlined in this section at all times while accessing or interacting with the Service. Any violation of this section may result in immediate suspension, restriction, or permanent termination of your account without prior notice, depending on the severity of the violation and Muklawa's sole discretion in maintaining platform safety.
6. GENERAL USER CONDUCT OBLIGATIONS
You agree that your use of Muklawa will be conducted in a respectful, lawful, and honest manner at all times. The platform is designed to facilitate genuine connections between individuals seeking long-term relationships or marriage, and therefore must not be misused for harmful, deceptive, or exploitative purposes.
You agree that any content you post, share, or transmit through Muklawa, including profile information, photographs, descriptions, and messages, must be accurate to the best of your knowledge, must not mislead other users, and must not impersonate any other individual, entity, or identity.
You further agree that you will not engage in any behavior that disrupts, damages, or negatively impacts the experience, safety, or trust of other users on the platform. Muklawa maintains a zero-tolerance approach toward abusive, deceptive, or harmful conduct.
7. STRICT PROHIBITION OF ILLEGAL AND HARMFUL USE
You are strictly prohibited from using Muklawa for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable local, national, or international laws and regulations. This includes, but is not limited to, activities such as fraud, identity theft, harassment, exploitation, or any form of criminal behavior.
You may not use Muklawa to promote or facilitate any illegal activity, including but not limited to financial scams, deceptive romantic manipulation, unauthorized solicitation of money, or any activity intended to defraud or harm another user.
Legal Enforcement: Any attempt to use the platform for illegal purposes will result in immediate account termination and may be reported to relevant law enforcement authorities where required by law.
8. PROHIBITED CONTENT AND BEHAVIOR STANDARDS
Muklawa strictly prohibits the upload, sharing, transmission, or display of any content that violates community safety standards or legal regulations. This includes content that is offensive, abusive, threatening, defamatory, discriminatory, violent, or otherwise harmful.
You must not post or transmit any content that promotes hate speech, discrimination, or violence against individuals or groups based on race, ethnicity, nationality, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or any other protected characteristic.
Zero Tolerance: You are strictly prohibited from uploading content that is sexually explicit, pornographic, or intended to sexually exploit or objectify other individuals. Muklawa is a relationship-focused platform and does not permit sexual solicitation, escort services, or adult services of any kind.
You may not share content that depicts or promotes non-consensual sexual activity, coercion, exploitation, or any form of sexual harassment. Any such content will be immediately removed, and the associated account will be permanently banned.

Harassment includes repeated unwanted communication, sending offensive or inappropriate messages, or engaging in behavior intended to disturb, pressure, or emotionally harm another user.
Safety First: You acknowledge that Muklawa is committed to maintaining a safe environment and may investigate reports of harassment or abuse. In such cases, Muklawa reserves the right to review reported content, messages, and account activity as necessary to determine whether a violation has occurred.
Examples of Harassment Include:
- Repeated unwanted messages after being asked to stop
- Sending threatening or intimidating content
- Stalking or monitoring another user's activity
- Posting private information without consent (doxxing)
- Cyberbullying or public shaming
- Using multiple accounts to contact someone who blocked you
10. IMPERSONATION AND IDENTITY MISUSE
You must not impersonate any person or entity, whether real or fictional, or create a profile that misrepresents your identity, background, or intentions. This includes using false names, stolen photographs, or misleading personal information.
Muklawa reserves the right to remove or suspend any account suspected of impersonation or fraudulent identity representation. Repeated or severe violations may result in permanent account termination.
Identity Verification: Muklawa may require identity verification for certain accounts or activities. Failure to provide accurate identity information when requested may result in account restriction.
11. FRAUD, SCAMS, AND FINANCIAL MISUSE
You are strictly prohibited from using Muklawa to engage in any form of fraud, scam, or financial exploitation. This includes attempting to request money, gifts, or financial assistance from other users under false pretenses, emotional manipulation, or misrepresentation of personal circumstances.
Never Send Money: Muklawa does not facilitate financial transactions between users and strongly discourages any transfer of money between individuals met through the platform. Users engage in any external financial interaction entirely at their own risk.
Any detected fraudulent activity may result in immediate account termination and reporting to appropriate authorities where applicable.

Muklawa is intended solely for personal matchmaking purposes. You may not use the platform for advertising, business promotion, recruitment, or commercial solicitation without explicit written permission from Muklawa.
This includes promoting external services, social media accounts for commercial gain, paid matchmaking services, or any third-party business activity.
No Solicitation: Accounts found engaging in spam, promotional messaging, or unauthorized commercial use may be suspended or permanently banned.
13. CONTENT MONITORING AND ENFORCEMENT RIGHTS
Muklawa reserves the right, but not the obligation, to monitor user activity and content to ensure compliance with these Terms and to maintain platform safety and integrity.
This monitoring may include automated systems that detect suspicious behavior, spam, fake accounts, or policy violations, as well as manual review of reported content or accounts.
Enforcement Actions: Muklawa may remove, restrict, or disable access to any content or account that violates these Terms or is deemed harmful to the platform or its users, without prior notice.

You agree to exercise caution, good judgment, and personal responsibility when communicating with or meeting other users. Any offline interaction arranged through the platform is undertaken entirely at your own risk.
Safety Tips: Muklawa strongly encourages users to report suspicious behavior and use in-app safety tools such as blocking and reporting features where necessary.
Recommended Safety Practices:
