1. NATURE OF SERVICE
Muklawa provides a technology-based matchmaking service that allows users to create profiles, view other user profiles, and communicate with individuals who have mutually expressed interest. Platform Role: Muklawa does not participate in, control, or guarantee any outcome of user interactions, including friendships, relationships, or marriage.
Muklawa does not act as a marriage broker, matrimonial agent, or legal intermediary in any relationship formed through the platform. The Service is strictly limited to providing digital tools that enable user discovery and communication. All decisions regarding interaction, communication, and relationship development are made independently by users.
2. NO VERIFICATION OF USER INFORMATION
While Muklawa may implement safety measures, verification tools, and moderation systems to enhance user experience and reduce misuse of the platform, we do not guarantee the identity, background, intentions, or behavior of any user.
Profile information is primarily provided by users themselves, and Muklawa does not independently verify all user-submitted data. Therefore, users should exercise caution and conduct their own judgment before engaging with other individuals.
User Responsibility: Muklawa expressly disclaims any responsibility or liability for the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of information shared by users on the platform. Any reliance placed on such information is strictly at the user's own risk.
3. NO LIABILITY FOR USER INTERACTIONS
Muklawa is not responsible for any interactions that take place between users, whether online through the platform or offline in real-world environments. This includes, but is not limited to:
- Meetings arranged through the Service
- Communications conducted outside the platform
- Any decisions made based on interactions facilitated by Muklawa
- Relationships, engagements, or marriages resulting from platform use
- Breakups, separations, or divorces
- Financial or material exchanges between users
Offline Interactions: Users acknowledge that any offline engagement is conducted voluntarily and at their own risk.
4. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Muklawa shall not be responsible for any loss or inconvenience resulting from such interruptions, including but not limited to:

- Data loss due to technical failures
- Third-party service disruptions
- Security breaches not caused by our negligence
6. NO GUARANTEE OF MATCHMAKING SUCCESS
Muklawa does not guarantee that users will find a compatible partner, enter into a relationship, or achieve any specific outcome from using the platform. The matchmaking process depends on numerous factors beyond our control, including user preferences, communication styles, and real-world compatibility.
Success Not Guaranteed: While we strive to provide effective matchmaking tools, we cannot and do not promise that any user will find a suitable partner or achieve relationship goals.
7. USER RESPONSIBILITY AND SAFETY
Users are strongly advised to exercise caution, good judgment, and personal responsibility when interacting with other users. This includes:
